Declarations

El-Roi, I am ready for a flood of mercy that wipes away bitter tears, provokes a new rising, ushers in healings and deliverances, and causes new sounds of joy to burst forth in my family, health, career and business! Lord, whatever You are doing in this season, make me a first partaker! (Psalm 103:8-13; Micah 7:18-19)

There are mercy bundles with my name on them in these 40 Days of Power, Miracles and Manifestations. By the mercy of God, my testimonies out of these encounters are about to announce me! I decree and declare, according to my earnest expectation and hope, in nothing shall I be ashamed! (Philippians 1:20; Romans 9:16)

El-Roi, Your mercy makes the difference; Your mercy is my comparative advantage! As I step into the remaining days of 2026, where it matters and when it matters, by Your mercy, when they hear of me, they shall obey me! (Psalm 18:44; Psalm 102:13)

Jesus, You are my Mercy Seat, my Passover Lamb and the propitiation for my sins. By the Blood You shed for me, every accusation is silenced, every judgment is overturned and new chapters of jubilee are opened up to me! (Romans 3:25; 1 John 2:2; Hebrews 9:11-15)

Dear Lord, let Your mercy speak louder than my weaknesses, mistakes, limitations and inadequacies. Where my qualifications may have failed, Let your mercy deliver my evidence. (Romans 9:15-16; Ephesians 2:4-5)

Father, because You delight in mercy, every judgment standing against my health, family, business, career and destiny, let Your mercy prevail! By the Blood of Jesus, let every contrary verdict be overturned! (Micah 7:18-19; James 2:13)

Lodebar, FIRE! I break out! As it was for Mephibosheth, by the mercies of God, the spotlight of Heaven is upon me! Help and helpers are locating me in the very places where I felt lost, relegated and forgotten. I break out into my season of divine remembrance! (2 Samuel 9:1-13)

By the mercies of God, I recover all! Every blessing, inheritance, opportunity and favor belonging to me that was delayed, hidden or diverted, by the mercy of El-Roi, I recover all! (2 Samuel 9:7; Joel 2:25)

The mercy of God is rewriting my story! Every chapter of shame, rejection, failure and disappointment, CLOSE! It is my time and my turn to arise as the man/woman El-Roi has shown mercy! (Psalm 103:8-12; Isaiah 61:7)

The Blood speaks better things for me! I obtain mercy where others obtained judgment. I receive favor where others experienced rejection. I enter open doors where others saw closed doors. Thank you Jesus for The Blood! (Hebrews 12:24; Romans 9:15-16; Hebrews 4:16)

El-Roi, let Your mercy disconnect me from every cycle of delay, disappointment, repeated battles and near-success syndrome. It is signed, sealed, delivered! My answers are arriving suddenly. (Micah 7:19; Nahum 1:9)

Trans-generational Mercy has located my family! We shall no longer be known by demonic labels, patterns of pain, shame or limitations. We are arising as perfect pictures of God’s lovingkindness and faithfulness from generation to generation. (Psalm 103:17-18; Joshua 24:15)

By the mercy of El-Roi, I have become a living testimony that indeed, What God Cannot Do Does Not Exist! El-Roi moved my life from a mess to a message; men will see and know that this is the doing of The Lord. (Micah 7:18; Psalm 103:1-5)

El-Roi has shown me mercy! His mercy has preserved me, promoted me, distinguished me and established me. My testimony through these 40 Days of Power, Miracles and Manifestations shall be: “It was not by power, nor by might, but by the mercy of God!” Hallelujah, Thank you Jesus! (Romans 9:16; Ephesians 2:4-10; James 2:13)
