Lord, thou hast been favourable unto thy land: thou hast brought back the captivity of Jacob.

Thou hast forgiven the iniquity of thy people, thou hast covered all their sin. Selah.

Thou hast taken away all thy wrath: thou hast turned thyself from the fierceness of thine anger.

Turn us, O God of our salvation, and cause thine anger toward us to cease.

Wilt thou be angry with us for ever? wilt thou draw out thine anger to all generations?

Wilt thou not revive us again: that thy people may rejoice in thee?

Shew us thy mercy, O LORD, and grant us thy salvation.

Lord, we thank You for all the nations of the world. Father, in our nation, let there be light. Please, bring an end to every darkness in Jesus’ name. Let Your light shine so every darkness of poverty, corruption, stagnation and backwardness can come to an end swiftly, in Jesus’ name.

Lord, take over our nation. Set it aflame with the fire of revival in Jesus’ name. Let revival break out in our nation, in Jesus’ name.

Father, please rid our land of every evil. Lord, please raise an army of great leaders that will fight and overcome all the ills in this nation not with physical weapons but with Your grace and righteousness, in Jesus’ name.

A New Month, A New Quarter:
Welcome to October 2026. This is the beginning of the last quarter of the year. It is a significant month. It is a month of new beginnings. It is a month of fresh mercies. It is a month of renewed hope. It is a month of revival. God has been faithful. He has brought us through the first nine months of the year. He has sustained us. He has protected us. He has provided for us. He has guided us. He has kept us. And now we enter a new month with new expectations, new hopes, and new prayers.
The Prayer for Revival (Psalm 85:6):
The psalmist cries out, “Wilt thou not revive us again: that thy people may rejoice in thee?” This is a prayer for revival. It is a prayer for renewal. It is a prayer for restoration. It is a prayer for refreshing. The psalmist longs for God to move again. He longs for God to act again. He longs for God to pour out His Spirit again. He longs for God to bring life again. He longs for God to bring joy again. He longs for God to bring rejoicing again. And this is our prayer for October 2026. Lord, revive us again. Revive our nation. Revive our churches. Revive our families. Revive our hearts.
The Nation in Prayer:
October 1st is Nigeria’s Independence Day. It is a day of celebration. It is a day of thanksgiving. It is a day of prayer. We celebrate Nigeria at 65. We thank God for the nation. We pray for the nation. We pray for peace. We pray for unity. We pray for prosperity. We pray for righteousness. We pray for revival. We pray for the leaders. We pray for the people. We pray for the church. We pray for the future. Nigeria belongs to God. And we declare that Nigeria will fulfill its destiny in God.
The Power of Agreement:
Where two or three are gathered in His name, He is in the midst. As we pray together this month, we pray in agreement. We pray in unity. We pray in faith. We pray with expectation. And God hears. God answers. God acts. God moves. God revives.
The Last Quarter:
This is the last quarter of 2026. It is a time to finish strong. It is a time to complete the year well. It is a time to press in. It is a time to pray harder. It is a time to seek God more. It is a time to believe for greater things. It is a time to expect the unexpected. It is a time to see God do what only He can do.
