A Week of Marvelous Works
This week, we celebrate the marvelous works of God made evident through the testimonies of His people. We rejoice over divine interventions, answered prayers, supernatural provision, restoration, favour, and breakthroughs that have brought glory to His Name.
Every testimony is an opportunity to remember the faithfulness of God and to declare His mighty works. What follows is drawn in full from the accounts shared by members of the Koinonia family.
Life Transformation and Supernatural Promotion by the Hand of God

I was introduced to Koinonia in 2023 by my best friend, who shared a YouTube link to the sermon “The Price for New Dimensions” by Apostle Joshua Selman. I encourage everyone to listen to this sermon, as it will truly transform your life. Since then, I have followed the ministry and had the privilege of attending the in-person sessions in the USA, “Come Up Hither” and “Sound of Revival USA.” Through these teachings, my life, prayer life, and study of the Word have been completely transformed.
For over two years, my career was stagnant despite returning to school to upgrade my skills, and my work environment became hostile and unbearable. Though I reached the final interview stages with several companies, I received no offers.
Recently, without applying or negotiating, I was promoted at my current job to a senior role with the exact salary increase I had been praying for. I give all the glory to God, the Lifter of men! Thank you, Apostle, for the transforming Word.
Healed of a Stubborn Headache and Debt Cleared in One Morning

I connected online to the September Miracle Service carrying two specific burdens, and this morning, God completely lifted both!
First, I had been suffering from a stubborn headache all week and was ready to see a doctor. During the service, Apostle Joshua Selman prayed for someone with headaches, and this morning, I woke up completely healed.
Secondly, Apostle prayed for people in debt. I had been managing a debt but praying to God to be completely free from it. This morning, a conversation led to someone offering to pay off the debt completely for me!
I want to offer my deepest thanks to God Almighty. He is truly a prayer-answering God! To God be all the glory!
Instant Healing from Terrible Headache and Dizziness During September Miracle Service

I’m so excited to share this testimony. During the September Miracle Service 2026, Apostle mentioned my case. For some years now, I had been experiencing dizziness, like I was about to faint or pass out. At first, I thought it was because of stress or tiredness, but I later realised it wasn’t. So, when Apostle Joshua Selman mentioned headaches accompanied by strong dizziness, I knew he was talking about my case. As he prayed for us, he said, “Let the healing happen instantly.”
He said, “Instantly,” and to the glory of God, I was healed instantly! Since Apostle Joshua Selman declared our healing, I haven’t experienced the headache or that terrible dizziness again. I’m here to return all the glory and adoration to God for using His servant, Apostle Joshua Selman, to bring healing to me. Thank You, Jesus! God bless you, Apostle!
From Eight Months of Unemployment to a Job Beyond Her Prayers

The Lord has been faithful to me and my household, and His praises shall continually be in my mouth. On November 17, 2025, I was let go from my job. I knew our project was coming to an end, but we had been told that some people would be kept on. So I prayed, fasted, and trusted God that I would be one of those people. I had a few interviews within my company to join different teams, but unfortunately, I didn’t get any of the positions. This was around the time of the General Assembly, and my prayer was simple: “Lord, please give me a new job before the year ends.”
In faith, I registered for the Koinonia School of Ministry (KSOM) in Canada. As we entered the new year, I still didn’t have a job. As KSOM approached, I honestly didn’t know how I was going to pay for it. I took a companionship job that paid $17 an hour. Going from making $95,000 a year to $17 an hour was very difficult for me, but I trusted God. I used my entire January paycheck to book my flight and accommodation to Canada. I remember telling God, “This is all I have, Lord, but I want to come. I want to come back with a job offer waiting for me.”
I didn’t know how I was going to eat during those five days because whatever money I had left needed to be saved for Uber rides from the hotel to the venue each day. I eventually had to ask my mother and best friend to send me money. But GOD…
On the first day of the conference, I walked into the room and saw an old friend who also follows the ministry. He was the very first person I saw when I entered the room. Looking back, I know it could only have been God who made us see each other that day. This man took responsibility for my meals and Uber transportation every single day of the conference. I truly thank God for His provision and for my friend.
During the third day of the conference, I mentioned to him that I had lost my job. He happened to be a well-established professional in the IT space and had helped many people get jobs. When I told him about my situation, he said he would help me.
He encouraged me to take his cybersecurity course for eight weeks for free. He paid for all the certifications I needed, which amounted to about $1,000. He also helped me obtain my security clearance, which would have cost approximately $4,000–$5,000, and told me it would be his graduation gift to me.
Mind you, I graduated with my MBA in May 2025! When people used to say they had experienced the “help of men,” I didn’t fully understand what they meant. But now I do. He helped fix my résumé, and we started applying for jobs. We applied for about three months. Then he introduced me to one of his mentees, who recommended me for a position at his company. All this time, I was also trusting God for my security clearance.
On June 29, 2026, I was referred for the position. On July 2, the recruiter called me, and my interview was scheduled for July 6. Both of these men helped prepare me for the interview. And when I walked into the interview, God gave me favour with the interviewer. Because the position was supporting a government contract, I needed my security clearance approved before I could officially work.
Then, on July 8, after waiting for three months, my clearance was approved. And on July 10 at 5 p.m., I received the call: I GOT THE JOB!
After eight months of unemployment, I finally had a job! I had always told God that I wanted a remote job that aligned with my calling, and that is exactly what He gave me. Not only did He give me the job I prayed for, but He gave me one with even better pay than my previous job.
But the testimony didn’t end there. After receiving the offer, I still had to go through a background check, which took almost a month. During that time, I kept reminding God, “The door You have opened cannot be shut.”
There were moments when I became afraid that something would happen and the company would take the offer back. But God remained faithful.
On August 25, I received the email I had been waiting for: I could start work on September 8. Everything worked out. God kept His promise. God used people to bless me, but I know that behind every person He sent was God Himself. Words are not enough to express how grateful I am to God and how I feel about everything He has done for me.
Abba, Your baby girl is forever grateful. I am forever grateful for the people God placed in my path. God, I thank You for the help of man. I thank You for divine connections. I thank You for Your favour and provision throughout these 10 months of unemployment.
Apostle Joshua Selman, God bless you for your teachings every week. I am a better woman because of your teachings. My spiritual life and my relationship with God are better. My mind has been renewed, and my heart transformed. Thank you, Apostle, your team, and the Koinonia family, for allowing God to use you to impact lives, including mine.
A Koinonia Testimony Birthed My Own Testimony

I live-streamed the Koinonia service on 13th September, 2026. During the testimony session, there was a lady who shared a testimony about how God turned around her business. While listening to her, I asked God to also give me something to testify about within the week, and without fail, on the Thursday of that week, I received a call from one of my business customers, who placed the largest order I have ever had in a day in over 3 years.
I couldn’t believe it when this customer actually paid. I kept wondering if all the money was for me. Truly, I serve a God who hears and answers my prayers. This has strengthened my faith, and I now believe God for more things.
I’m thankful to God for Apostle Joshua Selman, his teachings, and for giving an opportunity for people to testify. I initially didn’t understand why it was so important for people to testify, but now I do. We truly do overcome by the blood of the Lamb and by the words of our testimony. God bless Koinonia.
