Genesis 13:2 says “And Abram was very rich in cattle, in silver and in gold.” God is not poor and does not call you out of Egypt (sin and the world) to put you to shame.

Verse 1 says “And Abram went up out of Egypt.” Wonderful! He went up; not down.You too will never go down in this year 2023! God did not get you born again to poverty, lack and want.
You shalI go up. The Word says “He has given us all things that pertain to life and godliness”(2 Peter1:3). Deuteronomy 8:16 says “Who fed thee in the wilderness with manna which thy fathers knew not…. That He might prove thee to do thee good at thy latter end.”

Verse 18 says: “But thou shall remember the Lord thy God: for it is He that giveth THE WASTE BIN! thee power to get wealth that He may establish His covenant.” So the covenant of Abraham worked for Isaac (very
rich); Lot was very rich and it is still working. In fact, Abraham and Lot were so rich that their riches led to a “quarrel” amongst their staffers! Wow!

Reject poverty/lack or any plan to demote you to poverty and stand on the covenant today (Deut. 28). In the world today, one of the new businesses is people selling off their household items.
There is RECESSION in major countries and people are even selling off their new born children! In September last year 2022, I saw a couple living in Argentina and eating from the WASTE BIN! They spoke LIVE on BBC TV beamed worldwide.

In Africa, people are selling off their household items outside their houses with prospective buyers hanging around these items ranging from a complete settee to single chairs, tables, cupboards, ceiling fans and much more. And the business is spreading. Lots of those who sell these items do it because of poverty.
People sell their properties to take care of themselves and their families. Reject this spirit; it is not your portion and remember to stand on Deut. 8:18 daily as you pray. Reject poverty/lack as you reject sickness and sin.

Don’t forget to be faithful in your tithes and general giving. Having done all, stand on the covenant and on the Word (Deut.8:18). Peace!
