Nothing is as easy as saying, IT’S EASIER SAID THAN DONE. Promises are common; fulfilled promises are rare. The Spirit of God is challenging a user of today’s devotional, “KEEP YOUR WORDS TILL THE END.” It’s easy to make a pledge in church and promise to give towards that family, crusade, pastor, friend, etc.

It’s easy to make promises when you’re excited and feeling like great. WHAT WILL YOU DO WHEN THOSE FEELINGS ARE GONE? Hear Wayne Cordeiro, “Character is the ability to follow through on a worthy decision long after the emotion of making that decision has passed.”
Just as Paul challenged the Corinthians to perform their promise that they made, the Spirit of God is challenging you to CONTINUE TILL THE END! No Matter How 2023 Has Been, Perform The Commitments You’ve Made. Keep The Promises You Have Made. Keep your promises to your God. I see 12, 398 users of today’s devotional who have broken their vows due to difficulties!
Keep your word to God! Honour Him. Don’t say one thing and then forget your word. Keep your word also to your spouse and family! No matter what it costs you, keep your word. CONTINUE TILL THE END.
Finally catch this as a summary: 1. Keep your promises to yourself! You are the CEO of your life! When you tell yourself that you will do something, keep to it.
The prodigal son told himself in Vs.18, “I will go to my father…” and he kept his word. LEARN TO KEEP YOUR WORD TO YOURSELF! You are more important than anyone else!

- Keep your promises to others. Don’t say one thing to people and do another. People are in the habit of making promises because they want those people to feel happy and pleased with them. Don’t be like that. Be a man/woman of your words! You are the CEO of your life! Peace!
