God’s intention and design for you is that you live in victory Jover and every and that the enemy has bound the people of the world with. That is what He sent Jesus Christ to come and give unto you. The angel told Mary in Matthew 1:21, “You shall call His name Jesus; for He shall save His people from their sins.” When God saves someone from his/her sins, it means that SIN NO LONGER HAS DOMINION OVER THAT PERSON. Sin may call that person and try to get his/her attention, but that person now has the divine ability to resist and say “NO.” I love the words of the author and comedian W.C. Fields, who said “it’s not what they call you that matters, it’s what you answer to.” Hear me, as long as you are in this world, sin will call for your attention. DO NOT ANSWER TO IT! You have been delivered from bondage to sin. Verse 11 of today’s scripture gives a wonderful advice: “Reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin.” CONSIDER yourself dead to sin! Just as a dead man can never respond when he is slapped, kicked or called upon, someone who is dead to sin can never respond to sin’s beckoning. YOU ARE DEAD TO SIN! Begin to think of yourself as someone who is dead to sin! If you are entangled in one sinful habit or the other, use today’s scripture as the key to your deliverance. BEGIN TO RECKON YOURSELF AS DEAD TO THAT HABIT! As 2022 ends, whenever the temptation comes to do that thing, resist it and tell yourself, “LAM DEAD TO SIN. I AM DEAD TO (mention that negative habit).” Keep on reckoning yourself dead to sin. As long as sin calls for you, resist it and yield yourself to righteousness. As you do this, you will become stronger and stronger, and you will enjoy the life of victory that Jesus came to this world to give to you. I prophesy: Every power accusing you before your God will fall in Jesus name. Pray seriously now. (Give out ODM COPIES as led).
