TOPIC: HE NEVER LEAVES YOU EMPTY!
BASIC SCRIPTURE: LUKE 5: 1-11
1 And it came to pass, that, as the people pressed upon him to hear the word of God, he stood by the lake of Gennesaret,
2 And saw two ships standing by the lake: but the fishermen were gone out of them, and were washing their nets.
3 And he entered into one of the ships, which was Simon’s, and prayed him that he would thrust out a little from the land. And he sat down, and taught the people out of the ship.
4 Now when he had left speaking, he said unto Simon, Launch out into the deep, and let down your nets for a draught.
5 And Simon answering said unto him, Master, we have toiled all the night, and have taken nothing: nevertheless at thy word I will let down the net.
6 And when they had this done, they inclosed a great multitude of fishes: and their net brake.
7 And they beckoned unto their partners, which were in the other ship, that they should come and help them. And they came, and filled both the ships, so that they began to sink.
8 When Simon Peter saw it, he fell down at Jesus’ knees, saying, Depart from me; for I am a sinful man, O Lord.
9 For he was astonished, and all that were with him, at the draught of the fishes which they had taken:
10 And so was also James, and John, the sons of Zebedee, which were partners with Simon. And Jesus said unto Simon, Fear not; from henceforth thou shalt catch men.
11 And when they had brought their ships to land, they forsook all, and followed him.

YESTERDAY ODM: Our Daily Manna 7 March 2021 – TOPIC: YOU ARE DEALING WITH GOD
God will never leave you EMPTY! He will replace everything you lost! If He asks you to put something down, it is because He wants you to pick up something greater! The LORD asked for Simon Peter’s boat and He SAT down on that boat to TEACH and PREACH! But when Peter lost the SEAT of his boat temporarily, he got back a THRONE in eternity! In this New Year 2021, always remember that God NEVER leaves you EMPTY! He has your back and He is ready to WRECK your plans if He knows that your plans will eventually WRECK you! That is why you mnust TRUST GOD even in the CHAOS of your storms! Ask Peter! Faith consists in believing when it is beyond the power of your BRAIN and the power of reason to believe! Again, be reminded of 1 Samuel 30:6: “And David was greatly distressed; for the people spake of stoning him, because the soul of all the people was grieved, every man for his Sons and for his daughters: but David encouraged himself in the LORD his God.” The Amalekites invaded Ziklag, his residence at the time, and TOOK AWAY HIS COMFORT (his wives and children). When your COMFORT is tacked, just wait upon the LORD. He has a plan for your RECOVERY! In this year 2021, LEARN how to ENCOURAGE YOURSELF when the world around you is screaming: GIVE UP! When you encourage yourself by the Word of God and His promises, you are spittng FIRE against the enemy! Robert Jordan opined: the leaf Iives its appointed time, and does not struggle against the wind that carries it away. The leaves does no harm and finally falls to nourish new leaves. So it should be with all men and women.” Wow! THERE IS A PURPOSE FOR THE PAIN! Refuse to STRUGGLE or lose your PEACE because God will never leave you EMPTY! If He asks you to put something down, it is because He wants you to pick up something greater! You are about to RECOVER all! Hold on and hold out! ODM March 2021 Day 8
