TOPIC: Stop Dragging Them Along

Scripture: LUKE 9:57-62

⁵⁷ And it came to pass, that, as they went in the way, a certain man said unto him, Lord, I will follow thee whithersoever thou goest.

⁵⁸ And Jesus said unto him, Foxes have holes, and birds of the air have nests; but the Son of man hath not where to lay his head.

⁵⁹ And he said unto another, Follow me. But he said, Lord, suffer me first to go and bury my father.

⁶⁰ Jesus said unto him, Let the dead bury their dead: but go thou and preach the kingdom of God.

⁶¹ And another also said, Lord, I will follow thee; but let me first go bid them farewell, which are at home at my house.

⁶² And Jesus said unto him, No man, having put his hand to the plough, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God.

Our Daily Manna 28th May 2021 ODM Devotional Message:

Welcome. Do you know that your future is too important for you to allow yourself to be dragged back by anyone? One of the things I’ve found out is that everyone cannot go where God is taking you. Everyone cannot support you to become all that God has destined for you to become. But you cannot do it all alone! YOU NEED PEOPLE!

There are people God has planted around you to help you and support you. And there are people that the devil has planted to pull you back. Wisdom demands that you identify the wrong people and REFUSE TO BE DRAGGED BACK BY THEM. How do you identify people like that? 1. They give excuses. They are profes- sional excuse-givers. Instead Of Producing Results And Solutions, They Produce Excuses. Jesus told that man, “FOLLOW ME.” But he said, “Lord, suffer me first to go and bury my father.”

EXCUSE MANUFACTURERS! But the LORD Jesus DID NOT ACCEPT HIS EXCUSE! Another one came and said, “Lord, I will follow You, but let me first go and bid them farewell, which are at my house.” Wow! EXCUSES! EXCUSES! EXCUSES! Identify excuse-givers and stop dragging them along. They will limit you and stop you from becoming all that God has destined you to be…(To be continued tommorrow).

6. Lord, connect me to NEW DESTINY HELPERS that will help me filfil my destiny (Pray it for 3 days). .
7. Pray for me and the ODM crew today!
8. Pray about today as led now. Pray pages 7-9 prayers
