📖 BASIC SCRIPTURE: ROMANS 12:5–15 (KJV)

  1. So we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one of another.

  2. Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, whether prophecy, let us prophesy according to the proportion of faith;

  3. Or ministry, let us wait on our ministering: or he that teacheth, on teaching;

  4. Or he that exhorteth, on exhortation: he that giveth, let him do it with simplicity; he that ruleth, with diligence; he that sheweth mercy, with cheerfulness.

  5. Let love be without dissimulation. Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good.

  6. Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another;

  7. Not slothful in business; fervent in spirit; serving the Lord;

  8. Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer;

  9. Distributing to the necessity of saints; given to hospitality.

  10. Bless them which persecute you: bless, and curse not.

  11. Rejoice with them that do rejoice, and weep with them that weep.

🙏 PRAYERS FOR UNITY, PURPOSE & SPIRITUAL SERVICE (May 19, 2025)

  1. Father, thank You for placing me in the body of Christ. Teach me to walk in love, humility, and unity with all believers. Let my presence in the body bring encouragement and strength to others.

  2. Lord, reveal and stir up the gifts You have placed in me. Help me to use them not for show, but in faith and simplicity for the edification of others and the glory of Your name.

  3. O God, I ask for the grace to recognize the beauty of diverse callings in the church. Let me never despise another person’s gift, but honour each one as appointed by You.

  4. Holy Spirit, fill my heart with sincere love. Remove every trace of envy, bitterness, and hypocrisy. Help me to truly love as Jesus loves—with truth, compassion, and grace.

  5. Father, empower me to hate evil and cling to what is good. Let me be a light in a dark world, holding fast to righteousness even when it is unpopular.

  6. My Lord and my God, let brotherly love fill my home, church, and relationships. Help me to honour others above myself, seeking peace and promoting unity in all I do.

  7. O Lord, baptize me with a fervent spirit to serve You with joy, excellence, and dedication. Let me never be slothful in my assignments, but burning with holy zeal.

  8. Father, in times of trouble, help me to remain patient and hopeful. Teach me to wait on You with faith, trusting that every delay is divine preparation for glory.

  9. I pray for a generous heart. Use me to meet the needs of others. Make me a channel of provision, encouragement, and support to those around me.

  10. Lord Jesus, give me the grace to bless those who persecute me. Help me to walk in forgiveness, not retaliation, reflecting Your character even when I am wronged.

  11. Father, may I rejoice with those who rejoice without envy, and weep with those who weep with sincere compassion. Make me sensitive and empathetic to the joys and pains of others.

  12. Lord, stir in me a lifestyle of constant prayer. Let my spirit remain connected to You day and night, that I may discern Your will and follow Your voice.
