Daily Manna ODM 15th July 2026 ARTEMIS II. HOME IS NEAR! – 1
Artemis II was a 10-day crew, lunar flyby mission that was launched on April 1, 2026, from the USA Kennedy Space Center using the Space Launch System (SLS) rocket, marking the first human voyage beyond low Earth orbit since 1972 when the Apollo crew visited the moon. The mission carried four astronauts – Reid Wiseman, Victor Glover, Christina Koch, and Jeremy Hansen around the Moon in the ORION CAPSULE, where they stayed! The primary goal was to test the Orion spacecraft’s life-support, navigation, and human-rated systems in deep space to prepare for future, sustainable lunar missions. By the way, the name “ARTEMIS” was chosen by NASA to represent the ancient Greek goddess of hunting in the moon and wild animals! She was also known for chastity (purity). The crew of ARTEMIS II returned to earth and splashed down into the Pacific Ocean on Saturday 10th April 2026. Artemis II is part of a broader effort to establish a permanent human presence on the Moon and eventually send humans to Mars! Wow! Did you get that? Someday, if Jesus Christ tarries, you may be spending your summer or winter vacation in MARS! Oh LORD! But are you aware that the growth of scientific discoveries is a sign of the return of Jesus Christ to planet earth? Daniel 12: 4 says in the “time of the end, many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.” This is a sign of the last days, characterized by rapid technological advancement, global travel and a “tsunami” of information! Use today’s devotional to think of home (heaven)! Deal with anything that can wipe your name from the Book of Life! Make sure you don’t MISS the FOURSQUARE CITY OF GOLD called heaven! Pray seriously now! See you in Lagos on Saturday July 25th. 8am.
