PART TWO: COMMENTARY – THE WORD THAT HEALS AND DELIVERS

The Scripture Foundation: Psalm 107:20

“He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.”

This verse is the foundation for today’s February Miracle Service. It reveals a profound truth about how God intervenes in human suffering: He sends His Word.

Not an army. Not an angel (though He uses them). Not a miraculous manifestation without context. He sends His WORD.

The Word of God is not merely information; it is transformation. It carries within itself the power to accomplish what it declares. When God speaks, creation responds. When God speaks, sickness bows. When God speaks, chains break.

“He healed them” – The Word brings physical restoration. Bodies that have been broken are made whole. Diseases that have defied medicine are defeated. Pain that has persisted is removed.

“He delivered them from their destructions” – The Word brings deliverance. Destructions can be many: addictions that destroy families, debts that destroy futures, demonic oppression that destroys destinies, generational patterns that destroy hope. The Word addresses every form of destruction.

The February Miracle Service

This is not an ordinary gathering. It is a Miracle Service – a divinely appointed time when the supernatural becomes natural, when the impossible becomes possible, when testimonies are birthed.

Apostle Joshua Selman will be ministering, and the expectation is clear: chains will break, bodies will be healed, long-standing battles will give way to victory.

The service will include:

The Year of Deliverance and Exemption

2026 has been declared The Year of Deliverance and Exemption. This February Miracle Service is a fulfilment of that prophetic theme.

• Deliverance – God is rescuing His people from situations they are already in. Bondage is being broken. Captives are being set free.
• Exemption – God is preserving His people from evils they have not yet encountered. Protection is being released. Disaster is being averted.

Today, both dimensions are operational. Some will be delivered from long-standing battles. Others will be exempted from approaching destruction.

PART THREE: INTERCESSORY PRAYERS FOR TODAY’S SERVICE

Prayer 1: For the Word to Go Forth with Power

Father, we pray for today’s February Miracle Service at Koinonia Global. Let Your Word go forth with power, authority, and clarity. Anoint Apostle Joshua Selman to speak as the oracles of God. Let every syllable carry divine weight. Let every scripture open hearts. Let every declaration establish reality.

We pray that the Word sent today will not return void. It will accomplish what You please and prosper in the thing for which You sent it.

Prayer 2: For Healing to Manifest

Father, according to Psalm 107:20, You send Your Word and heal. Today, send Your Word into every sick body represented at Koinonia. Let healing flow like a river.

For those with cancer, let tumors dissolve.
For those with heart disease, let hearts be strengthened.
For those with diabetes, let blood sugar normalise.
For those with autoimmune conditions, let immune systems be restored.
For those with mental health struggles, let minds be renewed.
For those with chronic pain, let pain cease.

We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, every person present is healed!

Prayer 3: For Deliverance from Destructions

Father, Your Word promises deliverance from destructions. Today, we stand against every destruction operating in the lives of those gathering.

Every destruction of marriage – we command deliverance!
Every destruction of finances – we command deliverance!
Every destruction of destiny – we command deliverance!
Every destruction of health – we command deliverance!
Every destruction of peace – we command deliverance!

Let chains break. Let prisons open. Let captives go free.

In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Prayer 4: For Worship That Invites Presence

Father, we pray for the worship at today’s service. Let it not be performance but invitation. Let every song be a sacrifice. Let every instrument be an offering. Let every voice be a vessel.

Create an atmosphere where Your presence is tangible. Let worshippers lose themselves in You. Let heaven touch earth. Let glory fill the room.

In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Prayer 5: For Faith to Rise

Father, we pray for every person attending – whether on-site at Chida Event Center or connecting online. Let faith rise in their hearts. Remove every doubt. Silence every fear. Quench every unbelief.

Let them come believing. Let them leave with testimonies. Let their expectations be exceeded.

In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Prayer 6: For Divine Encounters

Father, we declare that today is a day of encounters. Not just a meeting, but a meeting with God. Not just a service, but a visitation.

Let every person encounter You in a way that changes them forever. Let the encounter bring healing they cannot explain. Let the encounter bring direction they cannot mistake. Let the encounter bring transformation they cannot deny.

In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Prayer 7: For Those Connecting Online

Father, we pray for every person joining online. Though they are not physically present at Chida Event Center, let them not be spiritually absent. Connect them by Your Spirit. Let the same power that falls on-site fall on them in their homes, offices, and nations.

Let technology not be a barrier but a bridge. Let every screen become a portal of encounter.

In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Prayer 8: For Protection Over the Gathering

Father, we pray for protection over today’s gathering. Cover the venue with Your blood. Assign angels to every entrance. Let no weapon of the enemy prosper against this service.

Protect every attendee travelling to and from the venue. Keep them safe from accidents, attacks, and every evil.

In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Prayer 9: For Impartation

Father, we pray for the moment of impartation. Let grace be transferred. Let anointing flow. Let gifts be released. Let callings be activated.

As hands are laid, let power be transmitted. As prayers are prayed, let answers be released. As words are spoken, let destinies be shifted.

In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Prayer 10: For Testimonies That Glorify God

Father, we pray that today’s service will produce testimonies that glorify Your name. Let there be stories that cannot be explained away. Let there be miracles that silence skeptics. Let there be breakthroughs that become reference points.

And let those testimonies spread, drawing others to the Saviour.

Before the Service, Declare Your Testimony

Speak this over your life before you attend:

I am stepping into the February Miracle Service with expectation!

I declare that today, the Word of the Lord will locate me. The same Word that healed in Psalm 107:20 is healing me today. The same Word that delivered in Psalm 107:20 is delivering me today.

I may have come with sickness, but I am leaving with health!
I may have come with bondage, but I am leaving with freedom!
I may have come with confusion, but I am leaving with clarity!
I may have come with lack, but I am leaving with provision!
I may have come with sorrow, but I am leaving with joy!

This is my day of encounter. This is my moment of visitation. This is my hour of breakthrough.

At Chida Event Center, whether I am there in person or connecting online, the power of God is meeting me. Chains are breaking. Bodies are healing. Destinies are shifting.

I will not leave the same way I came. I am stepping into a realm of encounters. And I will leave with my testimony!

A Sample Testimony to Claim

Based on the promises of today’s service, speak this:

I was bound by a long-standing battle. For years, this situation has resisted every prayer, every effort, every solution. But today, at the February Miracle Service, the Word of the Lord is sent to me. And that Word is healing me. That Word is delivering me.

The chains that have held me are breaking now.
The walls that have confined me are falling now.
The darkness that has covered me is scattering now.
The pain that has afflicted me is leaving now.
