Vs. 10 of today’s scripture says: “Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ’s sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong.”
God wants you to understand a mystery about Him: Weakness is His raw material for strength, groaning is His raw material for glory, pain is His raw material for gain, the cross is His raw material for the crown and the valley phase of life is the raw material for the value phase!
Your life and ministry are turned into valuable and enviable, sought-after entities in the valley (difficult seasons of your life). I wish I knew this the day I bought a rope to hang myself!

If I had killed myself that day, I would have probably killed this dream/booklet – ODM! That was why Paul, a man who visited the third heavens, was able to say: “…for when I am weak, then am I strong.” It does not make sense(Oh, I ‘drank’ and ‘ate’ depression for 7 years) but know that no valley experience is a waste.
God sets up His schools and universities in the valleys (low seasons of our lives) and the mountain (breakthrough phase of your life) is the place of His graduation ceremony. Consider this poem: Sometimes life seems hard to bear; Full of sorrows, troubles and woes, It’s then I have to remember, That it’s in the valleys I grow.

Years ago, a rope I bought. To hang myself in hasty conclusion of failure. I, Dr Chris had so much to learn. Yes, I needed the mountain tops,
But I forgot, it’s in the valleys I grow.
Now, I know! So no matter how 2023 has been, always remember that the valley is Jehovah’s classroom and if you don’t give up, your mountain (celebration/ testimony phase) will show up. (Give Someone ODM).

- Lord God, what lessons do You want me to learn in the valley? Grant me the grace to learn and make me what You want me to be.

I shall not remain in the valley forever. I shall not die in trials. Holy Spirit, take me to the mountain phase of my life.
- I reject demotion and stagnation. Lord, take me to my next level.
