Commentary

What are your expectations? This is not a rhetorical question—it is a spiritual inquiry. God is asking you to examine your heart. What are you expecting? Are you expecting the same cycles to repeat? Are you expecting disappointment again? Are you expecting failure again? Or are you expecting the Lord to block it and make sure it does not happen again?

Are you listening to the testimonies? Testimonies are not just stories—they are blueprints. They show you what God has done for others, and they reveal what God is willing to do for you. When you hear a testimony of healing, it is a template for your healing. When you hear a testimony of breakthrough, it is a map for your breakthrough. Listen to the testimonies, and let them build your faith.

Do you know you can do exactly what they did? The same God who moved for them is the same God who moves for you. The same altar that worked for them is the same altar that works for you. You can do exactly what they did. You can pray the same prayers. You can declare the same declarations. You can receive the same testimonies.

Simply wrap your desires around this highly prophetic date: Day 40 – 22nd August, our Papa’s Birthday. There is something special about aligning your faith with a prophetic date. The 40th day is the day of completion, of fullness, of harvest. The 22nd of August is the day we celebrate our Papa, Pastor Jerry Eze. By wrapping your desires around this date, you are saying: “Before this day comes, my testimony will arrive. By this day, my answer will manifest. On this day, I will celebrate.”

Then, stay consistent on the altar. Consistency is not optional—it is essential. You cannot show up once and expect a harvest. You cannot pray one prayer and expect a breakthrough. You must stay on the altar. Day after day. Prayer after prayer. Declaration after declaration. Consistency births testimony.

What EL-ROI blocks for one, He can block for another. The testimonies you hear are not just for them—they are for you. If God blocked shame for one, He can block shame for you. If God blocked failure for one, He can block failure for you. If God blocked sickness for one, He can block sickness for you. What God has done for one, He will do for another.

The anchor scripture is Nahum 1:9 – “What do ye imagine against the LORD? He will make an utter end: affliction shall not rise up the second time.” The enemy imagines evil against you. The enemy plots your downfall. The enemy plans your affliction. But God makes an utter end. He makes a complete termination. And the affliction does not rise up the second time. It is finished. It is gone. It is never coming back.

The ten things the Lord blocked cover every area:

• Shame – It did not happen again. The shame you experienced before is not returning.
• Failure – It did not happen again. The pattern of failure is broken.
• Sickness – It did not happen again. The cycle of sickness is terminated.
• Barrenness – It did not happen again. The yoke of barrenness is broken.
• Closed Doors – It did not happen again. Doors are opening and staying open.
• Disappointment – It did not happen again. Your expectations are being fulfilled.
• Losses – It did not happen again. What was stolen is restored, and you will not lose again.
• Oppression – It did not happen again. The yoke of oppression is destroyed.
• Witchcraft Attack – It did not happen again. Every satanic manipulation is blocked.
• Powers Against My New Season – It did not happen again. The forces that rose against your new season are defeated.

Declare with authority: “THE LORD BLOCKED IT; IT DID NOT HAPPEN AGAIN!”
