Speed bumps called friends, Red lights called enemies. Caution lights called family. You will have flat tyres called disappointments, but if you have a spare tyre called determination, an engine called perseverance, insurance called faith, a driver called Jesus, you will make it to a place called ENVIABLE SUPER SUCCESS AVENUE (ESSA).” Wow! Thank God for this encouraging piece! The emphasis is that success is a journey and not just a destination. It is a process! So, no devil and indeed nobody can say it is over with you! WHEN PEOPLE MOCK YOU, JUST TELL THEM: “GOD HAS NOT FINISHED WITH ME YET!”
You are God’s man/ woman, passing through God’s process! The best is yet to come! Did Jesus not ask that the cup be passed from Him? He was temporarily confused and down! When confused, stay still and be prayerful (Psalm 23:2). It will pass away. You will meet with enemies on the journey, yet the Word says, “If a man’s ways pleases the Lord, He will make even his enemies to be at peace with him”(Prov. 16:7). See also Psalm 23:5 – God will prepare a table before you in the presence of your enemies. Remember: The road to success is always under construction! It may be rough, but it is sure when your partner is God!
