PROCEDURE FOR BREAKING YOUR FAST 14-DAY FASTING PROGRAMME (July 10th-23rd 2022)
- Believe you have received all that you have prayed for in this
prayer and fasting programme. HAMAN AND PHARAOH
(obstacles) set against your life/ministry shall bow and die in
disgrace this year!

2. You can repeat the prayer points in this booklet once in a
month especially at the beginning of each quarter throughout
the year! Use the Unfailing Promises pages (38 & 39) of Our
Daily Manna booklet too.
3. With your eye of faith, begin to see your answer (performance)
in advance. The just shall live by faith. Until you see it, you
cannot seize (hold) it. Live in thanksgiving and praise. Refuse
to complain or murmur!
4. Wait for your season. There is a time to make things happen
and a time to allow things to happen. Wait on God! Wait
for your God-ordained season. Refuse to doubt God!
5. Break your fast with fruits and light food. This is to avoid
abdominal cramps! Your body will not respond quickly to
food. It is normal. Eat heavy food gradually. Watch and pray
against temptations. Read your Bible regularly! GET AND
READ OUR DAILY MANNA DEVOTIONAL daily. As much
as possible, avoid sin and avoid strife! Peace!
6. After your fast, your evil loved ones will attack! After your fast,
trials will come! After your fast, you will encounter jealous
brethren or even co-pastors. Every next level attracts

A POWERFUL TESTIMONY
My name is Mrs. Mary Anthony Chiwar from ODM Yola Mountain.
God did a lot in my life and my family; He elevated me and
positioned me to a new office as the Librarian, Adamawa State
Polytechnic. I acted as the acting Librarian from a lower rank for
ten (10) years. When I finally reached the rank of a Deputy
Librarian, I was removed from that office and my subordinate
was appointed to serve in that capacity for five (5) years. After
the 21-day fasting programme of January and also the 14-day
July fasting programme of 2020, God did it again! I was appointed
as the new Librarian with effect from October, 2020.
My grandson (Jonah) almost passed on but God intervened at
the right time and he is back on his feet, healthy and okay. I
appreciate God and indeed bless the Men and Women of God in
Manna Mountain, Yola for availing themselves to pray for us.
