Welcome to today’s devotional! Share with me the e-mail testimony below: “Bishop Chris, I want to thank God for what He did in my family last year and this year. After the July fast of last year, the devil struck! My daughter was among the 20 medical students that were kidnapped and God miraculously brought them out. After that, my son, who was studying Pharmacy at Uniport (University of Port Harcourt), Nigeria, had a re-sit in his third year for a 1-credit unit practical course. They said he failed it, which I believe was still an attack from the devil, because he had a high GPA around 3.8. Despite this, they asked him to withdraw from the college and switch to another course. He wept bitterly! We tried to transfer him to another school, including private institutions, but all efforts proved abortive. Then, in January last year (2025), during the 21-day fast, we all participated as usual, and I told God that before the end of the fast, I wanted an admission for the boy. On the 20th day of the fast, one of the schools we applied to sent him an admission letter and offered him placement to resume in 3rd year in Pharmacy.” Praise God! Wow! That can only be God! The son of this testifier was sent home in his third year in the School of Pharmacy! Listen: When all efforts fail, always wait for God’s season and timing (Psalm 1: 3)! What the devil meant for evil, Jehovah God turned it around for GREATER GOOD! Do you know what would have happened to that young man in UNIPORT? (DON’T miss any Sunday morning of this January, 8am and don’t miss the last-day-end-of-fast laying-on-of-hands service on Friday, January 30th 7pm! Bring your 2026 written prayer points!
