TOPIC: COME OUT OF THE 500!
After His resurrection, Jesus appeared to over 500 brethren at once (1 Corinthians 15:6). Five hundred people saw Him! Five hundred heard Him! Five hundred were exposed to His glory! But hear this, not all of them entered the deeper walk. From the multitude, He chose only 12. From the 12, He drew even closer to just 3; Peter, James, and John. One Jesus, one presence, one opportunity, but different levels of access! Why? Because not everyone moves beyond the crowd into consecration! Henry Cot thundered: “Proximity is not the same as participation!” Many people are around Jesus, but few are walking with Him in depth. Many hear sermons, attend services, clap, shout “Amen,” but remain in the outer court of casual Christian life! These ones are part of the 500 spectators of glory, not carriers of it! Matthew 22:14 declares, “For many are called, but few are chosen.” The “many” like the 500, represent convenience, while the “12” represent commitment; but the “3,” the very few, represent consecration! God is asking someone today, WHERE DO YOU BELONG? The crowd is noisy, but shallow! Yes! The inner circle is small but soaked in glory! Heaven is not looking for more spectators; it is looking for men and women who will press in, stay longer, pray deeper, fast harder, obey quickly, and carry fire! The Holy Ghost is saying today: “As 2026 ends, COME OUT OF THE 500! Leave the realm of spectatorship. Come into commitment and press more into intimacy. Refuse to be satisfied with surface-level encounters, because there is more on the other side! There is deeper! There is higher!” I prophesy today: As you separate yourself unto God, He will separate you for GREATER OIL in Jesus name! Hold on! Hold out! Press on!
