V s. 5 of today’s scripture says (asks) – “Why art thou cast down, O my soul? And why art thou disquieted within me? Hope in God: for I shall yet praise Him, who is the health of my countenance, and my God.” Sometimes, in life, we all feel like giving up and we all feel CAST DOWN, DEPRESSED OR DISQUIETED (scared of failure or of the future)! But God’s Word says: “Hope in God.” Anytime you are depressed or downcast, just HOPE IN GOD! Anytime somebody betrays you, just HOPE IN GOD! Anytime you feel you are lagging behind or you have not met expectations, just HOPE IN GOD! Yes! Anytime you see others AHEAD and you feel you are BEHIND, refuse to get depressed; HOPE IN GOD! When you feel there is DELAY or you are SLOW IN LIFE, stop being DOWNCAST! Just HOPE IN GOD! Hope in God in this 2nd half of 2026! No wonder Winston Churchill opined: “Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.” When you feel like quitting, think about why you started! Always Ask Yourself Daily: “Oh My Soul, Why Art Thou Cast Down, Feeling Inferior Or Depressed?” Never give up; for even rivers someday wash dams away! Yes! RIVERS CAN WASH AWAY DAMS! Arise today and praise God because I have just been told that whatever challenge you are passing through now, SHALL END IN PRAISE!
