CLICK TO READ BASIC SCRIPTURE 9th OCTOBER 2026 BIBLE READING
Yesterday’s devotional contained this: “…Jesus told Peter in Luke 22:31–32, “Simon, Simon, Satan has asked to sift you as wheat. But I have prayed for you that your faith fail not.” Did you catch that? Jesus did not say, “I prayed that you won’t be attacked.” He said, “I prayed that your faith will not fail.” Because if faith stands, you stand! If faith holds, you win! That is why as you go through life, youMUST KEEP HOLDING ON, NO MATTER THE MATTER! Never regret anything! If it’s good, it’s wonderful! If it’s bad, it’s experience! Enjoy life and cherish it! Remember the good times, the bad times, and worse times, because each one has made you a better person and has made you grow. The devil stripped JOB of his wealth, health and family, but Job’s faith remained strong in God! He declared, “Though He slay me, yet will I trust Him” (Job 13:15). That declaration was the devil’s defeat! Faith is the victory that overcomes the world (1 John 5:4). Today, heaven is crying out to you: GUARD YOUR FAITH! Don’t let discouragement, delay, or disappointment steal it. The devil knows that faith is your access card to miracles, your extinguisher against fiery darts and your anchor in the storm. If he gains access to your faith, he does not need to attack you, because the job is already done! The harder the challenge, the sweeter the victory! The higher the climb, the sweeter the view! Your greatest problem is your greatest challenge which is your greatest opportunity! I decree: Every arrow of doubt fired against your faith backfires now in Jesus name! You will end 2026 and begin 2027 in FAITH and COURAGE that attracts GOOD NEWS! Your shield of faith is restored, and your testimony shall roar louder than your trials in Jesus name.
