TOPIC: THE DOG THAT BARKED TO DEATH!
There was a dog that ran into a museum filled with mirrors. The museum was unique; the walls, the ceiling, the doors and even the floors were made of mirrors. Seeing his reflection, the dog froze in surprise in the middle of the hall as he could see a whole pack of dogs surrounding him from all sides, from above and below. The dog bared his teeth and barked. Guess what, all the reflections responded to it in the same way. Frightened, the dog barked frantically; the dog’s reflections imitated the dog and increased it many times. The dog barked even harder, but the echo was magnified. He barked and barked to the next day. The following day, the museum security guards found the miserable, lifeless dog, surrounded by thousands of reflections of the lifeless dog. There was nobody to harm the dog. The dog died by fighting with his own reflection! Ha! What a tragedy. A fierce dog killed by its own fierce fear! That dog had enough strength to bark until it died. Imagine if it had focused that energy into leaving that fear zone; and into what gave him strength. It was Albert Einstein that said, “The world as we have created it is a process of our thinking. It cannot be changed without changing our thinking.” Hear me, fear is a thought! It is a reflection on the mirror. God is giving you an escape route, out of that mirrored museum where you have been barking OUT OF FEAR OF THE FUTURE OR FEAR OF ANYTHING! He is saying, “Fear not! I am with you” – today’s 2nd scripture. Fear is not real! It only exists in your imagination! FEAR IS A FAITH KILLER! FEAR AND FAITH ARE ENEMIES! Listen: Life is a daring adventure or nothing! Close with Mary Anne Radmacher: “Courage does not always roar, sometimes it’s the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, ‘I will try again tomorrow.” Be courageous in 2026! In this 2nd quarter of 2026, determine to MOVE ON AND KEEP HOLDING ON! God’s Signature on you will NEVER allow you to end in SHAME!
