In my season of pain years ago, I came around what Elbert Hubbard said, “God will not look you over for medals, degrees or diplomas, but for scars.” Wow! Indeed, nobody likes challenges! But the Holy Ghost wants you to know again that it is part of living! Your Father God knows about every bird which falls to the ground, but He does not always prevent it from falling! What are we to learn from this? That our response to what happens is more important than what happens! Jesus said you will have tribulations, trials and pain in this world! But He did not say your last bus-stop will be “TRIBULATIONBUS-STOP.” He said (paraphrased): “…but be of good cheer, for I have overcome the world.” He says, cheer up in your pain! Laugh in your suffering, speak positive things even in your negative season, because you will end up in, “OVERCOMERS BUS -STOP.” Here is a mystery: one man’s experience drives him to curse God, while another man’s identical experience drives him to bless God! Your response to what happens is more important than what happens! If I had committed suicide years ago, would I be a blessing to you today? “God’s Generals” are not made in human palaces, but in divine deserts where all they eat for breakfast is loneliness and their dinners are served with depression, mockery, delay, sprinkled with rejection and tears! Do you know that your best days are still ahead? Don’t quit now because whether the enemy likes it or not, DRY BONES SHALL LIVE AGAIN! Pray seriously now!!! (Our Daily Manna is the best gift item.
