TOPIC: YOUR MARRIAGE WILL COST YOU WORK! – 3
When today’s scripture was written, some Corinthian Christians appeared to have adopted the view that sexual relations of any kind, even within marriage, should be avoided. So Paul took time to correct this error and this scripture is very deep in touching most areas of practical living! But I am led to write on divorcees first! If you are divorced, make sure you are not bitter! DIVORCE IS NOT THE UNPARDONABLE SIN but make sure that you do not divorce without the consent and STRONG EFFORT of your local church authority to reconcile both of you! Remarriage can only take place if ADULTERY was involved or if you know you cannot stay alone without fornication! But this vision strongly recommends RECONCILIATION no matter how long it takes! But do not die in any violent marriage in the name of WHAT WILL PEOPLE SAY! Do not live in secret immorality IF YOUR PARTNER WALKS AWAY! Tell your family and local church to RECONCILE AND BEG YOUR PARTNER if necessary! Tell them that that you are fornicating and living in secret sin! It’s better to marry than to go to hell! Then everyone must know that SOMEDAY, YOU WILL BE A WIDOW or WIDOWER! In any marriage, someone may die first! So, LEARN HOW TO LIVE ALONE with good medicare, nurses and your local church, etc, if you can afford it. You cannot keep marrying till you die! ALSO, STOP POSTPONING WRITING A WILL IF YOU ARE OLD or getting old! Not writing a will can make even your enemies to enjoy your labour! God forbid! A young widow or widower can marry to avoid temptations! If you are not married, stop pitying yourself! Just wait upon the LORD to avoid irreversible mistakes! NOT EVERYONE WILL MARRY ON THIS EARTH but God will bring you a partner if you are destined to marry! Serve God in JOY and let Him use you because at last, VANITY OF VANITY; all will end in VANITY!
