TOPIC: BE AWARE OF THESE THREE ‘DS” OF MOTIVES!

Today’s 1st scripture vs. 14 is popular but misunderstood – “He that blesseth his friend with a loud voice, rising early in the morning, it shall be counted a curse to him.” That means even a positive act, like a blessing (a greeting, for example), can become a burden (a curse) when it is said WITH A BAD MOTIVE – with a LOUD VOICE to seek attention! The MOTIVE of what you do can determine whether it becomes a CURSE or a BLESSING! WATCH IT! As you run your heavenly race, do nothing to be seen by men! Do nothing to attract the praise (the hosanna) of men! Your unseen wrong MOTIVE can CANCEL YOUR REWARD from the God who has seven eyes (Jehovah God)! Why do you seek to be seen on the pulpit? Why do you work for God in your local church? Why do you seek for the praise of men even in church? Why do you give people gifts, food or money, etc? WHAT ARE YOUR MOTIVES? Your motives can DEFORM YOU (destroy your harvest totally), DISTINGUISH YOU OR DELAY YOU! These are THE “3 Ds” OF MOTIVES as revealed to me by the Holy Spirit! No wonder William Butler Yeats opined: “The light of lights looks always on the motive, not the deed…” Then I remember Jean de La Bruyère: “It’s motive alone which gives character to the actions of men.” Yes! The widow’s mite was approved by heaven because HER MOTIVES were PURE! Never forget: Your MOTIVES, can DEFORM, DELAY or DISTINGUISH YOU!

Pray seriously now! (PRAY SERIOUSLY FOR THOSE WHO GAVE OUT ODM COPIES IN THIS EDITION! Cancel DELAYED TESTIMONIES concerning them. Pray it for 2 days)!

1. In your own words, pray about today’s word as led now.
2. Repent from ways your MOTIVES have been wrong!
3. Repent from ways your MOTIVES have been to seek
   approval from men!
4. Repent from ways your MOTIVES have been, to be SEEN
   OR HEARD even in church!
5. Satan, you are a liar forever! My REWARD in heaven will
   not be lost due to wrong motives! I shall not serve the
   LORD in vain! LORD, search me and shake out every wrong
   motive (Pray it seriously till you have peace to
   stop).
