TOPIC: WHEN HE SHOWS YOU THE END, BUT…
Vs. 12 of today’s 1st scripture says, “And He said, ‘Certainly I will be with thee; and this shall be a token uno thee, that I have sent thee: When thou hast brought forth the people out of Egypt, ye shall serve God upon this mountain.” God showed Moses the final mountain of victory in advance. He told him, “When thou hast brought forth the people out of Egypt, ye shall serve God upon this mountain.” Note: UPON THIS MOUNTAIN! God called Moses from the end and took him back to the beginning! Wow! Note however, that for the Jews to get to that mountain, it was a season of battle and waiting! In fact, there was a day when they accused Moses of bringing them out of Egypt to suffer and they demanded a return visa (Exodus 14:11-12). Many times in our walk with God, that is also the story! God shows you the end, your mountain of victory; He sends pastors to show you your glorious end, but due to delay and prolonged battles, it seems that He is a liar. Deut 2: 24 says, “Rise ye up, take your journey…behold, I have given into thine hand Sihon the Amorite, king of Heshbon, and his land: begin to possess it, and contend with him in battle.” Why should I contend with him when You have already delivered him into my hands? There are seasons when God shows you the throne but you have to contend for, and wait for the throne! What do you do when God shows you the end of your enemies, yet they seem to prevail? Between The End And The Beginning, There Is A War, But God Shows You The End, To Stir Up Your Faith In Him In Waiting For That End! The Holy Ghost is instructing me to say to a user of today’s devotional: WAIT FOR THAT EXPECTED END! You will NEVER be put to shame.
