DAILY MANNA ODM TODAY 8th April 2026 DON’T THROW IN THE TOWEL – 1

In a hotel where I once stayed, as I WAS MEDITATING IN THE BATHTUB, my eyes fell suddenly on a notice pasted on the wall as highlighted below: “DON’T THROW IN THE TOWEL! It’s never too late to start saving the planet. By simply reusing your towel, for example, you are saving precious resources (water). So go on; keep your towel for another day. If you really need it replaced, leave it on the floor. But if you want to re-use your towel, keep it hanging on the wall.” And truly, I started the process of “saving our planet” by saving precious water; I used my towel for 2 days in that hotel, but the words, “DON’T THROW IN THE TOWEL” kept coming at me as today’s devotional was born in that bathtub! I qualified as a pharmacist, but in English studies, I know that to “THROW IN THE TOWEL” or “THROW IN YOUR HANDS” means to give in, surrender, give up, admit defeat. What the Holy Ghost is saying to a user of today’s devotional is that, no matter what is happening or has happened, you must refuse to quit trusting God now! In 2026 and beyond, DON’T THROW IN THE TOWEL! Don’t give up! Today’s scripture vs. 2 says, “And all the king’s servants, that were in the king’s gate, bowed, and reverenced Haman…But Mordecai bowed not.” MORDECAI BOWED NOT! Indeed “even if one dream should fall and break into a thousand pieces, never be afraid to pick one of those pieces up and begin again” (Flavia Weedn). Still hold on! Don’t throw in the towel!    grace not to quit trusting God (Pray it well).
4. Pray about today generally as led now. Decree that all the
   healings and testimonies in this vision must be permanent in
