TOPIC: STOP BEGGING WHAT YOU SHOULD BE COMMANDING! YOU ARE A STORM SILENCER!
A powerful quote by Peter Rick says, “You were not cre ated to survive storms, you were created to silence them.” Wow! The disciples were trying their best to survive a storm they were supposed to silence. As a result, none of their strategies worked. The storm roared, the boat trembled, and grown men screamed like children. They shouted, “Master, carest Thou not that we perish?” (Mark 4:38). But when Jesus rose, He didn’t pray! He didn’t negotiate! He did not tell them the best strategies to navigate such a raging storm; instead, He rebuked the wind! Yes! Too many believers are praying when they should be commanding! You don’t beg mountains; you move them! You don’t discuss with devils; you command them! You are not a victim of circumstance; you are a custodian of dominion! Jesus didn’t say, “Ask Me to move the mountain.” He said, “Say to this mountain…” – (Mark 11:23). There are breakthroughs hanging in suspension, waiting for a believer who will stop pleading and start decreeing! When Moses cried before the Red Sea, God said, “Why are you crying to Me? Tell the Israelites to move forward.” (Exodus 14:15). Heaven was saying, “You don’t need another prayer point; you need a command point!” Stop bowing to what should bow to you! Every storm listens to authority! The earth recognizes voices that know who they are! Even demons said, “Paul, we know, Jesus we know…” – the language of recognition. What does your storm call you? The storm is waiting for your decree! Creation is waiting for your command! Your miracle is waiting for your mouth! Rise and roar!
