TOPIC: I SHALL NOT BE SATANIC MEAT FOR SLAUGHTER!
Welcome to today’s devotional! A private investigation agency in Florida, U.S.A, promises to “work diligently to restore the sense of security and safety for the citizens.” This is due to security concerns in Florida and other parts of the U.S. The feeling of insecurity and lack of safety is gradually becoming a pandemic. Whether it is in Africa, Asia, Australia, North America etc, they have all been ravaged by security issues. Indeed, feeling secure is a high priority in this unsafe and volatile world. Vs. 2-4 of today’s Word says: “I will say of the LORD, ‘He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in Him will I trust. Surely He shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence. He shall cover thee with His feathers, and under His wings shalt thou trust: His truth shall be thy shield and buckler.” The Psalmist started by announcing that, “He That Dwells In The Secret Place Of The Most High, Shall Abide Under The Shadow Of The Almighty.” David found a, “secret place in God,” where he felt safe amidst the onslaught of king Saul. David described the safety zone of God as the SECRET PLACE! He described that SECRET PLACE as UNDER THE SHADOW OF THE ALMIGHTY (Vs.1). Shadows provide protection from the direct heat of the sun! If the heat is severe, the SHADE OR SHADOW becomes our coolant! In the same vein, when we are under God’s shadow, we do not face the full heat of life’s battles/challenges! Vs. 2 reveals that God is our refuge and and fortress! Nothing can penetrate that FORTRESS – unless it’s part of His loving plan for your ultimate good. Your God is described as soft and tender like a caring mother bird. When troubles rage, He draws you close for COVER! He has INVISIBLE WINGS! Wow! I decree: You will not be a victim of circumstances and you will not be meat for satanic slaughter in this 2nd half of 2026 in Jesus name! Pray seriously now!
