TOPIC: ARTEMIS II – THE 40-MINUTE COMMUNICATION CUT OFF -3
Don’t forget yesterday’s devotional on how the 4 astronauts of Artemis II lost contact for 40 minutes with PLANET EARTH from space! Despite the silence, the crew took photographs of the Moon’s far side, studied its geology, and viewed a total solar eclipse from space. And the Holy Ghost wants a user of today’s devotional to appreciate God that COMMUNICATION does not CUT OFF when God is sleeping or gets TURNED ON when He awakes! Psalm 121 says the God you serve HAS NEVER BLINKED ONCE since you were born! His YES has never been shut for 1 minute!Ah! Your God does not sleep nor slumber! The Artemis crew successfully re-established communication with Earth upon reemerging from the Moon, with astronaut Christina Koch stating, “It’s so great to hear from Earth again.” Oh! I can imagine that something great is about to happen that will make you to scream: “It Is So Great To Hear From God And See His Finger In Action As A Signature Over My Life Again.” Jeremiah 29:12 says: “Then you will call upon Me and come and pray to Me, and I will hear you.” 1 John 5: 14- 15 says: “And this is the confidence that we have in Him, that, if we ask any thing according to His will, He heareth us…” No wonder St. Augustine penned: “Whether we realize it or not, prayer is the encounter of God’s thirst with ours. God thirsts that we may thirst for Him.” A wise man said: “If a prayer is delayed or not answered, it is because God has a better, more loving plan!” George Herbert quipped: “Prayer should be the key of the day and the lock of the night.” In this 14-day fast and in this 2nd half of 2026, I hear you sing your halleluiah song! Amen and amen! See you in Lagos on Saturday July 25th 2026 – 8am. Come with your points of contact! BE A FOOD BANK PARTNER TODAY!
