As we progress in this spiritual journey, today’s focus is divinely appointed for a universal need: “Strength Renewed for the Weary Soul.” It is a recognition that the path of fasting and spiritual discipline can be demanding, and life’s challenges can bring fatigue. Today, we are invited to exchange our human weakness for God’s supernatural strength, trusting in His promise: “But those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.” (Isaiah 40:31)
