Commentary
Today, Friday 15th May 2026, is Day 5 of the Furnace of Answers – the NSPPD Global Crusade. The fire has fallen. Goliath has fallen. Repositioning has begun. And now, Pastor Jerry Eze declares a Family Remembrance Service – because God is not just concerned about you as an individual; He is concerned about your entire household, your lineage, your bloodline, and your generations to come.
There is urgency in the spirit. This is not a casual prayer meeting. The Holy Spirit is pressing – because families are under attack. Marriages are collapsing. Children are straying. Parents are dying prematurely. Siblings are fighting. Generational curses are repeating. But Pastor Jerry declares: EL-ROI (the God who sees) has remembered your family. You may have felt forgotten. The anchor scripture is Ephesians 3:14-15 – Paul bowing his knees to the Father, “of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named.” This means that every family – whether biological or spiritual – derives its identity from God. Your family is not unnamed, not unknown, not forgotten. You are named by the Father. And because He has named you, He has a stake in your family’s destiny.
The eight operations for today cover the full spectrum of family deliverance and establishment:
- Evil Seeds Must Be Uprooted – Every negative seed planted in your family line – a seed of divorce, of poverty, of sickness, of strife – must be pulled out by the root. Not trimmed – uprooted.
- Bloodlines Must Be Cleansed – Blood carries inheritance. But sometimes the inheritance is negative – curses, patterns, bondages. Today, the bloodline is cleansed by the blood of Jesus.
- Familial Sicknesses Must Be Reversed – Diseases that run in families – diabetes, hypertension, cancer, mental illness – are not your destiny. They are reversed by fire.
- Family Members Must Fulfill Destiny – No one in your family shall die before their time. No one shall abort their purpose. From the youngest to the oldest, every family member shall fulfill their God-given destiny.
- No Bondages In Your Family – Addiction is broken. Poverty is broken. Failure is broken. Marital destruction is broken. Your family is free.
- Family Members Take Your Congratulations – Instead of bad news, your family receives congratulations. Instead of funerals, weddings. Instead of losses, gains. Instead of shame, celebration.
- Landmarks Of Family Limitation Be Broken – Every generational ceiling – “no one in our family has ever been married,” “no one in our family has ever been rich,” “no one in our family has ever been healthy” – those landmarks are shattered.
- Design The Years To Come In Your Family – You are not just praying for today; you are prophesying the future. Write down what you want your family to look like in 5, 10, 20 years. Design it by the Spirit.

- Bring your mantle to the altar of fire – A mantle represents your family’s covering, authority, and identity. In Scripture, Elijah’s mantle was used to part the Jordan. Your family’s mantle is being purified and activated by fire.

- Gather photos of family members – This is a prophetic act of representation. Those who cannot be present physically are represented by their images. The fire touches the photo, and the person is affected wherever they are.
