TOPIC: DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME…
The worst thing to waste is time! Listen to the words of Henry Ford,“Time waste differs from material waste in that there can be no salvage. The easiest of all wastes and the hardest to correct is the waste of time, because wasted time does not litter the floor like wasted material.” The story of Abram begins with these words, “Now the Lord had said unto Abram, ‘get thee out of thy country…” Take note of how it is phrased; “THE LORD HAD SAID…” We are not sure when God first gave him the instruction. But we know that he didn’t obey until he was seventy-five years old. Until Abram Stepped Out And Obeyed God’s Instruction, His Life And Destiny Was Put On Hold! I want to believe that he must have been praying and fasting that God should bless him and increase him… but nothing happened! Your Blessing And Increase Is In Your Place Of Obedience! As Long As You Stay Away From That Place Of Obedience, YourBlessing Will Be Far Away From You! Stop Wasting Your Time! To Waste Your Time Is To Waste Your Life! Check your life today: Does it seem as if nothing significant is happening? Is your situation like that of the Israelites, circling around a mountain again and again and again? It is time to move forward. Go into your closet and reaffirm your commitment to the purpose and call of God. Stop wasting your time doing the wrong thing or staying at the wrong location! As soon as you are sure that you are in God’s will, then you must wait for Him to bring you to your wealthy place (See Psalm 66:12 NOW)! Remember these words from Oprah Winfrey, “The essential question is not ‘how busy are you,’ but, ‘what are you busy at?” A day outside the will of God is a wasted day!
