BASIC SCRIPTURE: ESTHER 2:9-16 (KJV)

9 And the maiden pleased him, and she obtained kindness of him; and he speedily gave her her things for purification, with such things as belonged to her, and seven maidens, which were meet to be given her, out of the king’s house: and he preferred her and her maids unto the best place of the house of the women.

10 Esther had not shewed her people nor her kindred: for Mordecai had charged her that she should not shew it.

11 And Mordecai walked every day before the court of the women’s house, to know how Esther did, and what should become of her.

12 Now when every maid’s turn was come to go in to king Ahasuerus, after that she had been twelve months, according to the manner of the women, (for so were the days of their purifications accomplished, to wit, six months with oil of myrrh, and six months with sweet odours, and with other things for the purifying of the women;)

13 Then thus came every maiden unto the king; whatsoever she desired was given her to go with her out of the house of the women unto the king’s house.

14 In the evening she went, and on the morrow she returned into the second house of the women, to the custody of Shaashgaz, the king’s chamberlain, which kept the concubines: she came in unto the king no more, except the king delighted in her, and that she were called by name.

15 Now when the turn of Esther, the daughter of Abihail the uncle of Mordecai, who had taken her for his daughter, was come to go in unto the king, she required nothing but what Hegai the king’s chamberlain, the keeper of the women, appointed. And Esther obtained favour in the sight of all them that looked upon her.

16 So Esther was taken unto king Ahasuerus into his house royal in the tenth month, which is the month Tebeth, in the seventh year of his reign.

1. Prayer for Supernatural Favor

• Scripture Anchor: Esther 2:9 – “The maiden pleased him, and she obtained kindness of him.”

• Prayer: Father, I ask for the kind of favor that Esther found with Hegai. Cause me to please everyone You have positioned to help me—my leaders, mentors, and benefactors. Let me obtain kindness and preference without striving, in Jesus’ name.

• Prayer: Father, give me the wisdom to know what to say, what not to say, and when to speak. Deliver me from careless talk and premature exposure. Let me walk in the counsel of the wise and not be destroyed by ignorance or pride. I receive the spirit of discretion now, in Jesus’ name.

• Scripture Anchor: Esther 2:15 – “She required nothing but what Hegai… appointed.”

• Prayer: Lord, deliver me from the desperation that makes people grab what is not meant for them. Give me the grace of contentment and trust in Your timing. I refuse to demand my own way; I submit to the process and the preparer. Let my lifting come by recommendation, not by self-promotion, in Jesus’ name.

5. Prayer for Favor With All (The All-Around Favor)

• Scripture Anchor: Esther 2:15 – “Esther obtained favour in the sight of all them that looked upon her.”

• Prayer: Father, let my life attract favor from everyone who looks at me—my employers, my colleagues, my neighbors, and even strangers. I refuse to be a controversial person. Let men speak well of me because the Lord is with me, in Jesus’ name.

📢 PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS FOR MAY 26, 2026

(Speak these aloud with authority)

1. I declare that the same God who gave Esther favor with Hegai is giving me favor with the “gatekeepers” of my destiny. This month, my helpers are locating me! 

2. I decree that I am being moved from the background to the “best place.” Every limitation assigned to keep me in the ordinary is destroyed right now, in Jesus’ name. 

3. I declare that I will not miss my turn. My Esther moment is coming, and when it comes, I will not fail. I carry the oil of distinction (myrrh and sweet odours). I smell different, I look different, and I carry a different spirit. 

4. I prophesy that I will not beg, borrow, or steal to impress anyone. My promotion comes from the Lord. I require nothing but what the King’s chamberlain (the Holy Spirit) appoints. My trust is in God’s strategy, not man’s manipulation. 

5. I declare that before this week runs out, I shall obtain “favor in the sight of all who look upon me.” The king’s heart is in the hand of the Lord, and he will turn it toward me. My destiny is opening up now!

6. I receive the grace of Mordecai: the wisdom to guide and the patience to watch. I also receive the grace of Esther: the humility to submit and the courage to act. I am a candidate for the crown, not for destruction.

7. This month of May, I shall not be cut short before my time. I enter my “seventh year” (season of completion and rest). Tebeth (the tenth month) is turning into my month of royal coronation, in the mighty name of Jesus.
