18 And as they sat and did eat, Jesus said, Verily I say unto you, One of you which eateth with me shall betray me.

19 And they began to be sorrowful, and to say unto him one by one, Is it I? and another said, Is it I?

20 And he answered and said unto them, It is one of the twelve, that dippeth with me in the dish.

21 The Son of man indeed goeth, as it is written of him: but woe to that man by whom the Son of man is betrayed! good were it for that man if he had never been born.

22 And as they did eat, Jesus took bread, and blessed, and brake it, and gave to them, and said, Take, eat: this is my body.

23 And he took the cup, and when he had given thanks, he gave it to them: and they all drank of it.

24 And he said unto them, This is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many.

25 Verily I say unto you, I will drink no more of the fruit of the vine, until that day that I drink it new in the kingdom of God.

26 And when they had sung an hymn, they went out into the mount of Olives.

27 And Jesus saith unto them, All ye shall be offended because of me this night: for it is written, I will smite the shepherd, and the sheep shall be scattered.

28 But after that I am risen, I will go before you into Galilee.

29 But Peter said unto him, Although all shall be offended, yet will not I.

30 And Jesus saith unto him, Verily I say unto thee, That this day, even in this night, before the cock crow twice, thou shalt deny me thrice.

DECLARATIONS (Based on Mark 14:18-30 KJV)

(Speak these aloud in faith)

1. I declare that Jesus knows all things. Nothing hidden in my heart escapes His sight. He sees both my loyalty and my weakness, yet He still loves me and calls me to His table. (Mark 14:18)

2. I declare that I will not be like the betrayer. I choose faithfulness over betrayal, humility over hypocrisy, and repentance over hardness of heart. Woe shall not come near my dwelling. (Mark 14:21)

3. I declare that the body of Jesus was broken for me. I take the bread—He is my healing, my wholeness, and my daily bread. I am a partaker of His flesh. (Mark 14:22)

4. I declare that the blood of Jesus is the blood of the new testament, shed for many, including me. By His blood, my sins are forgiven, the covenant is sealed, and I have eternal redemption. (Mark 14:24)

5. I declare that I am waiting with Jesus for that day when we drink the fruit of the vine new in the kingdom of God. My hope is not in this world but in the coming kingdom. (Mark 14:25)

6. I declare that even when I am offended or stumble, Jesus does not abandon me. Though the shepherd was smitten, He rose again, and He goes before me into my Galilee—my place of restoration. *(Mark 14:27-28)*

7. I declare that I will not rely on my own strength or boastful promises like Peter. Instead, I rely on the grace of God, for without Him I can do nothing. *(Mark 14:29-30)*

8. I declare that before the cock crows, every denial, every failure, and every weakness in my life is exposed—not for my shame, but for my humbling and restoration. I receive the grace to repent and be restored. (Mark 14:30)

9. I declare that Jesus is risen! He is not dead. After His resurrection, He goes before me. My failures do not disqualify me from His purpose. He will meet me again. (Mark 14:28)

10. I declare that I will sing hymns even in the night. Like Jesus and His disciples, I will worship before the battle, in the midst of betrayal, and on the way to the cross. My praise is my weapon. (Mark 14:26)

PRAYER POINTS

1. Search me, Lord, like You searched Your disciples.

• *Lord Jesus, You said, “One of you shall betray me.” I ask You today: Is it I? Search my heart. Reveal any hidden betrayal, any secret compromise, any area where I have been false to You. I do not want to eat with You and yet betray You with a kiss. Cleanse me and keep me faithful. (Mark 14:18-19)*

2. Pray for a spirit of true repentance, not presumption.

• *Father, deliver me from the spirit of presumption that says, “Though all shall be offended, yet will not I.” I recognize my own weakness. I am no stronger than Peter. Help me to trust not in my own resolve but in Your grace that keeps me. Let me never boast in my flesh but only in the Lord. (Mark 14:29-30)*

3. Thank Jesus for the bread—His broken body.

• Lord Jesus, I thank You for the bread that You took, blessed, brake, and gave. Thank You that Your body was broken for my healing, my peace, and my wholeness. I receive the bread of life today. Let every curse, sickness, and bondage be broken as I partake of Your sacrifice by faith. (Mark 14:22)

4. Thank Jesus for the cup—His blood of the new testament.

• *Lord Jesus, I thank You for the cup of the new covenant in Your blood. Thank You that without the shedding of blood there is no remission, and Your blood was shed for many—including me. I receive forgiveness, cleansing, and the full benefits of the new covenant today. (Mark 14:23-24)*

5. Pray against the spirit of betrayal in your life and relationships.

• Father, I renounce every spirit of betrayal—whether I have betrayed others or been betrayed myself. Heal every wound of betrayal. Forgive me for any way I have been like Judas, selling relationship for silver. And heal me from every Judas in my life. Let woe depart from my household. (Mark 14:21)

6. Pray for strength when you are offended because of Christ.

• Lord Jesus, You warned that all the disciples would be offended because of You that night. Lord, when persecution comes, when following You is hard, when I am tempted to stumble because of the cross—strengthen me. Let me not be scattered when the shepherd is smitten. Hold me fast. (Mark 14:27)

7. Declare resurrection hope over every failure.

• Father, thank You that after the resurrection, Jesus went before Peter into Galilee. He did not cast Peter away after his denial. I declare that my failures are not final. After this trial, after this testing, Jesus is already going before me into my restoration. I will meet Him again. (Mark 14:28)

8. Pray for the grace to sing hymns in the night season.

• Lord, give me the spirit of worship that sings hymns even on the way to suffering. Jesus and His disciples sang before the betrayal, before the arrest, before the cross. Teach me to praise You in the dark hours. Let my worship arise when my circumstances are crumbling. (Mark 14:26)

9. Pray against the spirit of denial and cowardice.

• Lord, Peter denied You three times before the cock crowed twice. I pray against every spirit of fear that makes me deny You—in my words, in my actions, or by my silence. Give me boldness to confess You before men, even when I am afraid. Let the cock crow wake me up, not condemn me. (Mark 14:30)

10. Pray for a fresh revelation of the New Testament in His blood.

• Holy Spirit, open my eyes to the fullness of what Jesus meant when He said, “This is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many.” Let me understand the covenant I am in—the covenant of grace, forgiveness, sonship, and eternal life. I do not take this lightly. I receive it with awe and gratitude. (Mark 14:24)

CONFESSION FOR THE DAY

I eat the body of Jesus, broken for me. I drink His blood, the blood of the new testament, shed for many. I will not betray Him with my lips nor deny Him with my life. Though others may be offended and scattered, I will look to the risen Shepherd who goes before me. Even in the night, I will sing hymns of praise. Before the cock crows, let every denial in my life be turned to repentance. Jesus is risen, and He goes before me into my Galilee. Amen.
