²⁷ And Jesus looking upon them saith, With men it is impossible, but not with God: for with God all things are possible.

MARK 9:14-29

¹⁴ And when he came to his disciples, he saw a great multitude about them, and the scribes questioning with them.

¹⁵ And straightway all the people, when they beheld him, were greatly amazed, and running to him saluted him.

¹⁶ And he asked the scribes, What question ye with them?

¹⁷ And one of the multitude answered and said, Master, I have brought unto thee my son, which hath a dumb spirit;

¹⁸ And wheresoever he taketh him, he teareth him: and he foameth, and gnasheth with his teeth, and pineth away: and I spake to thy disciples that they should cast him out; and they could not.

¹⁹ He answereth him, and saith, O faithless generation, how long shall I be with you? how long shall I suffer you? bring him unto me.

²⁰ And they brought him unto him: and when he saw him, straightway the spirit tare him; and he fell on the ground, and wallowed foaming.

²¹ And he asked his father, How long is it ago since this came unto him? And he said, Of a child.

²² And ofttimes it hath cast him into the fire, and into the waters, to destroy him: but if thou canst do any thing, have compassion on us, and help us.

²³ Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.

²⁴ And straightway the father of the child cried out, and said with tears, Lord, I believe; help thou mine unbelief.

²⁵ When Jesus saw that the people came running together, he rebuked the foul spirit, saying unto him, Thou dumb and deaf spirit, I charge thee, come out of him, and enter no more into him.

²⁶ And the spirit cried, and rent him sore, and came out of him: and he was as one dead; insomuch that many said, He is dead.

²⁷ But Jesus took him by the hand, and lifted him up; and he arose.

²⁸ And when he was come into the house, his disciples asked him privately, Why could not we cast him out?

²⁹ And he said unto them, This kind can come forth by nothing, but by prayer and fasting.

². I DECLARE that every dumb and deaf spirit operating against my life, my home, and my children is rebuked by the authority of Jesus Christ. (Mark 9:25)

³. I DECLARE that I am not of the faithless generation; I am of those who believe and see the glory of God. (Mark 9:19)

¹. PRAISE AND WORSHIP TO THE GOD OF THE IMPOSSIBLE
Scripture: “With men it is impossible, but not with God: for with God all things are possible.” (Mark 10:27)

Prayer:
O Lord, Thou art the God of the impossible! There is nothing too hard for Thee. I lift my voice and worship Thy holy name. Thou speakest and it is done; Thou commandest and it standeth fast. I magnify Thee, for Thou art greater than every mountain, every disease, every demon, and every impossibility. Glory be to Thy name forever! Amen.

². PRAYER FOR DELIVERANCE FROM LONGSTANDING BONDAGES
Scripture: “How long is it ago since this came unto him? And he said, Of a child.” (Mark 9:21)

Prayer:
Father, I bring before Thee every battle I have carried since my youth—every generational curse, every deep wound, every recurring sin, and every stubborn affliction. Thou seest the things that have cast me into the fire and into the water to destroy me. O Lord, have compassion upon me and help me! Let the deliverance that only Thou canst give manifest in my life this day. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Scripture: “Thou dumb and deaf spirit, I charge thee, come out of him, and enter no more into him.” (Mark 9:25)

Prayer:
In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, I rebuke every dumb spirit that hath silenced my testimony, hindered my prayers, and blocked my progress! I rebuke every deaf spirit that will not hear the Word of the Lord concerning my life! Thou foul spirit, I charge thee: COME OUT NOW! I seal every door of entry by the blood of Jesus. Thou shalt enter no more into me, into my children, or into my household. I am free indeed! Amen.

⁴. PRAYER FOR THE GRACE TO BELIEVE
Scripture: “Lord, I believe; help thou mine unbelief.” (Mark 9:24)

Prayer:
Gracious Father, I come to Thee with honesty of heart. I believe, but my faith is weak. I trust, but doubts assail me. Lord, I cry out with tears: HELP THOU MINE UNBELIEF! Strengthen my faith. Uproot every seed of doubt. Let the eyes of my understanding be enlightened. Let me see Thee high and lifted up. I choose to believe Thy Word above my circumstances. Amen.

⁵. PRAYER FOR AUTHORITY OVER STUBBORN MOUNTAINS
Scripture: “This kind can come forth by nothing, but by prayer and fasting.” (Mark 9:29)

Prayer:
Lord Jesus, Thy disciples could not cast out this spirit because they had not prepared themselves. Teach me the discipline of prayer and fasting. Let me not rely on past anointing for present battles. I consecrate myself afresh. I set aside my flesh, my appetite, and my comfort to seek Thy face. Grant me the authority that cometh only by a life of communion with Thee. I take dominion over every stubborn mountain in my life. Amen.

Scripture: “But Jesus took him by the hand, and lifted him up; and he arose.” (Mark 9:27)

Prayer:
Jesus, Thou art the Resurrection and the Life! I present to Thee every dead dream, every dead marriage, every dead ministry, and every dead hope. Take me by the hand and lift me up! Cause me to arise from the ashes. Let men say of me, “She was as one dead, but the Lord raised her up!” Let my rising be undeniable. Amen.

Scripture: “Master, I have brought unto thee my son… I spake to thy disciples that they should cast him out; and they could not.” (Mark 9:17-18)

Prayer:
Father, I bring my children before Thy throne. Where I have failed to protect them, Thou art their Shield. Where the enemy hath sought to destroy them, Thou art their Deliverer. I break every bondage of addiction, confusion, fear, and rebellion over my children. Let them be free indeed! I will not stop bringing them to Jesus until their deliverance is manifest. Amen.

⁸. PRAYER FOR A GENERATION THAT BELIEVES
Scripture: “O faithless generation, how long shall I be with you? how long shall I suffer you?” (Mark 9:19)

Prayer:
Lord, have mercy upon this generation. We are quick to doubt and slow to believe. Forgive us for our faithlessness. Raise up a people who will carry the mantle of prayer and fasting. Raise up fathers and mothers in the faith who can cast out devils and heal the sick. Let not Jesus suffer us long; let Him find faith on the earth when He cometh. Amen.

📖 MEDITATION VERSE FOR FEBRUARY 21, 2026

“Lord, I believe; help thou mine unbelief.” — Mark 9:24 (KJV)

Reflection:
This father brought his son, but he also brought his honesty. He did not pretend to have perfect faith; he brought his broken faith to the feet of Jesus. And Jesus honored it. You do not need faith as large as a mountain; you need faith enough to bring your unbelief to the One who can increase it. Cry out today: Lord, I believe! Help Thou mine unbelief!

O Lord Jesus, Thou seest the multitude gathering around my life—the questions, the accusations, the long-standing battles. But I have brought myself to Thee. I have brought my children to Thee. I have brought my impossibilities to Thee. Have compassion upon me and help me. I believe; strengthen my unbelief. Let this kind be dissolved by my prayer and fasting.
